A lot of people are confused when I say that I live in a co-op. Some ask if we’re all “hippies” or anarchist vegans. In reality, we are a group of people living, working, and enjoying life together. We have dance parties on weekends and the cat to human ratio is one to three.  The co-op house also has an incredible history- tracing back to being a sorority during the 1930s and becoming an official co-op in 1960. There’s something magical about walking around the house and thinking about all the people who have lived there. The walls themselves tell the history of the house and are covered with decades worth of art. Here are some pictures inside of my home: my co-op.
